The Third Special Officer Quality Development Course for Junior Officers was conducted at Sri Lanka Air Force Diyatalawa on 19th and 20th July 2012 with a view to up lift the standard of the qualities of the Junior Officers. 12 officers from various Bases, Stations and Units took part in this programme.

The course, which covered aspects of Executive Physical Training, Military Leadership, Motivation, Responsibilities of An Officer, Mess Etiquettes and Dining Procedures was followed by a Dining out Night Parade on the final day.
