The Annual SLAF Christian Religious Ceremony was held at the St. Theresa’s Church Thibirigasyaya today (26th July 2012) with the participation of the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrama as chief guest.

During the ceremony blessing were invoked on all SLAF personnel who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty and their families, the Leaders and People of the country, the three service Commanders, all officers and other ranks presently serving in SLAF, all establishments, and assets of the SLAF.

The service was attended by the Sri Lanka Air Force Board of Management, Senior Officers as well as a cross section of all ranks representing all Bases, Stations and other establishments of the Air Force.
