A workshop on quick and convenient cooking was conducted recently at SLAF Station Colombo by the Station Seva Vanitha Unit. The programme was conducted by Mrs. Shantha Mayadunne who is a well-known, highly proficient and competent instructor in the field.

Ladies of Directors and Senior Staff Officers participated in this workshop on invitation of the President SVU SLAF Station Colombo, Mrs. Wasantha Fernando. Not only Lady Officers, Airwomen and wives of service personnel but also Male officers and servicemen were amongst the participants who were benefited from this progamme.
