Flight Kitchen and Culinary Training for Airmen

No. 07th Flight Kitchen and Culinary Training Course and No. 03 Advanced Training Course were conducted for SLAF Gunners from 15 October 2012 to 05 November 2012 and from 03 October 2012 to 02 November 2012 respectively at the Sri Lankan Catering Services.
The courses were organized by SLAF Unit BIA and the closing ceremony was held under the patronage of Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sarath Fernando and the Commanding Officer of SLAF Unit BIA Gp Capt WWPD Fernando.
The Executive Chef Mr. Anthony conducted the programme and covered subjects such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, confectionery, finger foods, food safety, culinary art and food hygiene.
