Lac Buddhika Warnakulasuriya of the Sri Lanka Air Force won the 1st leg of the Presidential "Padawi Prapthiya" Commemoration Cycle Race whilst Ac Dinesh Dhanushka came in 3rd.

The Presidential "Padawi Prapthiya" Commemoration Cycle Race flagged off on the 14th of November, 2012 from Temple Trees with the participation of 112 competitors. Eighteen Airmen will take part in the race which will be conducted over five days from 14th to 18th November 2012.
