Seva Vanitha Conference on Community Development Project at Mullaittivu

A conference chaired by Mrs Neelika Abeywickrema Chairperson of Seva Vanitha Unit was held on 14 the March 2013 at the auditorium of the Air Force Headquarters to make proposals on the planned Community Development Project which is to be launched at Mullaittivu.
The feature of this conference was the participation of many corporate sector entities from diverse fields, non governmental organizations, charities/trust who pledged their support and also made proposals to the Seva Vanitha Unit with regard to the development projects that were forecasted during the session.
During the session presentations were delivered to enlighten the audience about the Seva Vanitha activities, proposed community projects at Mullaittivu and about a mobile dental facility to serve the community. A presentation was also made by Mr Pinto Jayawardena founder trustee of Unity Mission a non profit making organization dealing with the youth of the country.

Director Welfare Air Vice Marshal MLK Perera, CWPO Air Commodore WLRP Rodrigo, CQAO Air Commodore AWE Wijesuriya, Coordinator of the Seva Vanitha Unit and Staff officer to the Commander Group Captain KGDN Jayasinghe, senior officers and invitees from the corporate sector, non governmental organizations, charities and trusts were also present at the event.
