The Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force Air chief Marshal, Roshan Goonatileke took over the responsibility of over looking the duties and function of Chief of Defence Staff this morning (16 November 2009). The Air chief was appointed by HE the President, in addition to his present appointment as Commander of the Air Force.
