SLAF TTS Ekala emerged dual championship in the inter unit Hockey Tournament for the year 2013 which was held on 17th June 2013 at SLAF TTS Ekala.

At the final encounter Ekala team secured the 2013 championship for the sixth consecutive year in both categories of 7 a side and 11 a side, beating No. 26 Regiment Wing SLAF Base Katunnayake and SLAF Station Diyathalawa respectively.

The event was graced by Director of Logistic Air Vice Marshal KVB Jayampathy, Commanding Officer SLAF TTS Ekala Gp Capt P Ranasinghe, Officer Commanding Training SLAF Station Diyathalawa Wing Commander SPVK Senadheera, the Secretary Air Force Hockey Sqn Ldr BGS Kularathne and many others were also present to witness the event.
