Commanding Officer of Sri Lanka Air Force Station Colombo and the Secretary of SLAF Boxing, Group Captain Nishantha Dharmadasa and Boxer PD Suresh left the island today (March 10th, 2010) to take part in the 5th Common Wealth Boxing Championship 2010 from 10th to 18th March 2010.
 
Boxer PD Suresh (52Kg) will represent the national team with 4 other team boxers against pugilists of England, Scotland, Ireland, South Africa, Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Singapore, Canada and India.

Group Captain Nishantha Dharmadasa joins the contingent as a match referee.
