04 members from SLAF Women’s Cricket  team will participate in the ICC Women’s Challenge Tournament that will take place in South Africa.

The tournament which will be worked  off in Potchefstroom, South Africa from 05th to 17th October, 2010 will be the first of its kind and will be jointly hosted with Cricket South Africa.


Women’s teams ranked between fifth and 10th in the world compete against each other in a series of ODI and Twenty20 encounters at the challenge where teams from South Africa, West Indies, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Netherlands and Ireland.
