No. 7 SLAF Aviation Contingent in United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) celebrated the 74th Anniversary of the Independence on 04th February 2022.

The celebrations commenced with working parade and followed by all ranks breakfast. Celebration concluded with an Inter house Cricket tournament. Sector Commander (Sector East MINUSCA), Brigadier General Syed Mohammad Shahed Rahman nscw, afwc, psc (Bangladesh Army), Deputy Sector Commander Staff Colonel, Amr Gomaa (Egyptian Army) and Regional Admin Officer, Mr. RK Sonam (UN Permanent Staff) attended to witness the Celebration on the invitation of the Contingent Commander SLAF Aviation Contingent MINUSCA, Wing Commander PS Liyanarachchi.
