The Non Commissioned Officers' Management School at SLAF Academy China Bay conducted the Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the No. 16 English Medium and No. 87 Sinhala Medium Non Commissioned Officers’ Management Courses today (26 May 2022) under the patronage of the Director Electronics and  Telecommunication Engineering of the SLAF, Air Vice Marshal JP Balasooriya as the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest was received by the Commanding Officer of the NCO Management School, Wing Commander RND Senadheera.

The primary objective of conducting this course is to transfer a sound academic and managerial knowledge and sharpening leadership qualities within the Non Commissioned Officers of the Tri-Forces.

The No. 16 English Medium and No. 87 Sinhala Medium comprised of 73 Senior Non Commissioned Officers, 69 Junior Non Commissioned Officers from the SLAF, 02 Senior Non Commissioned Officers from the SL Army, 02 from SL Navy and 02 Senior Non Commissioned Officers from Maldives National Defence Force. This was the first time in the history of NCO Management School which foreign students attached to the course.
