The 12th Defence Services Games Boxing Championship was held at the Army Physical Training School Indoor Stadium, Panagoda, on 12 and 13 July 2023.

The SLAF Women's Team emerged as joint Champions by winning three Gold medals, one Silver medal and one Bronze medal. Meanwhile, the SLAF Men’s Team emerged as joint Runner-Up by winning one Gold medal, four Silver medals and five Bronze medals.

Brilliant fighting skills were displayed by Leading Aircraftwoman Kaluarachchi KAGN throughout the tournament, who won the award for "Best Boxer" in the Women’s category.
