The Inter-Unit Table Tennis Championship - 2023 took place from 02 August  to 04 August , 2023, at the SLAF Health Management Center in Colombo. This year, a significant number of players participated in both the male and female events, leading to the identification of many young talented players during the tournament. The final session and Award Ceremony were held today (04 August 2023), at the SLAF Health Management Center in Colombo, graced by the presence of the Director General Ground Operations, Air Vice Marshal GGWTK Gunewardena, as the chief guest.

The Inter-Unit Table Tennis Tournament was organized for both the Men’s and Women’s categories, adhering to the rules and regulations of the Table Tennis Association of Sri Lanka (TTASL). The title of Overall Men’s Team Championship was clinched by SLAF Academy China Bay, while SLAF Base Vavuniya emerged as the Runners-up.

The ceremony was attended by various dignitaries, including the Director of Sports, Group Captain WASB Weerasekara, Chairman of SLAF Table Tennis, Group Captain MF Jansen, Members of the Air Force Sports Council and other invitees.
