SLAF Caterers complete culinary training

The no: 3 Flight Kitchen and Culinary Training Course for SLAF Mess Stewards and Caterers were conducted by Sri Lankan Catering Services for a period of 3 weeks from 31st January 2011 to 21stFebruary, 2011.
The course was organized by SLAF Unit BIA with the guidance of Air Force Headquarters. A ceremony was held at the conclusion of the course under the patronage of Chief Executive Officer Mr.Sarath Fernando and the Commanding Officer of SLAF Unit BIA Group Captain WWPD Fernando.
Sri Lankan Catering Production Manager Mr.Pandey and Executive Chef Mr. Anthony conducted the programme for the Air Force personnel, which included subjects such as Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Bakery, Confectionery, Finger Foods, Food Safety, and Food Hygiene.
This valuable course is offered by Sri Lankan Catering services to mark the cordial relationship it maintains with SLAF.
