GUWAN MITHUDAM PROJECT CONCLUDES AT SLAF STATION MULLAITIVU

The ‘Guwan Mithudam’ CSR project was successfully concluded today (03 November 2023) at Mullivaikkal East Government Tamil Mix School by Sri Lanka Air Force Station Mullaitivu, under the guidance of the Chairperson of Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa.
The project involved renovating and repainting of the school’s lavatory complex and installation of a water system for this lavatory complex. This project was initiated on October 2023 and handed over to students by the Commanding Officer of Sri Lanka Air Force Station Mullaitivu, Group Captain DGPL Jayathilaka.

Financial assistance for the project was jointly provided by the Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit and service institute fund Sri Lanka Air Force Station Mullaitivu. The ceremony was attended by a cross-section of Officers, Other Rankers and representatives from the school including the principal, teachers, students and parents of the children.
