The SLAF Handball organized its second motivational programme of the year for players and management yesterday (20 December 2023), aiming to approach the new year with positive attitudes, solidarity, and a winning spirit. The event was facilitated by "Wave Eventz," a company with extensive experience in the field and sponsored by Mr. Nilantha Ananda.
 
This transformative programme sought to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their highest potential by tapping into their inner strength. The participants engaged in workshops, interactive sessions and personalized coaching, exploring self-discovery, resilience, goal attainment, teamwork, mutual respect and self-discipline. The programme took place at the KDU Metropolitan University premises, under the patronage of Chairman SLAF Handball, Air Commodore Rajinth Jayawardana and Secretary Air Force Sports Council, Group Captain Eranda Geeganage. The resource personnel from Wave Eventz participated in the sessions, sharing knowledge with the participants. The closing remark was delivered by Wing Commander WWB Harshana, Secretary of the Air Force Handball.
