Air Commodore Dushan Wijesinghe assumed the appointment upon his return from the National Defence University (NDU), Pakistan. The outgoing Commanding Officer, Group Captain Uditha Wijerathna will proceed to his next appointment as the Acting Director Aircraft Ground Support and Armament at the Directorate of General Engineering.
