The Seva Vanitha Unit of SLAF Station Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte organized an insightful lecture for lady officers, airwomen and civil staff today (21 August 2024) held

The Guwan Mithudam Community Service Project, organized by the Seva Vanitha Unit of Sri Lanka Air Force Base Hingurakgoda, successfully concluded on 15 August 2024 at Siriketha Primary School

A significant project was initiated to refurbish the roof and ceiling of Ward No. 02 at the National Institute of Mental Health, home to 20 long-term mental health patients. The initiative for this renovation came from the ward's overseeing physician, highlighting the urgent need due to the deteriorated state of the existing structures.

Under the guidance of the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa, a special motivational programme was organized under the theme ‘Life success through determination' yesterday (02 August 2024) at the Eagles’ Lagoon View Banquette Hall Katunayaka.

The SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit organized a special programme today (29 July 2024) to donate musical instruments to Labugasthalawa College in Haliela. This commendable initiative was led by the ‘WAYO Band’, led by the renowned musician, Mr. Sangeeth Wijesooriya, who contributed instruments valued at Rs. 500,000.00.

An Eye Clinic was held at the Dangahawala Abesekarama Temple in the Kottukachchiya-Putalam area on 09 July 2024, offering free distribution of reading glasses to those in need.

A special donation programme was held today (10 July 2024) at the SLAF Headquarters in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte to provide valuable hearing aid equipment to two deserving children of serving Air Force members.

As per the novel concept of the Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa, “AIRCRAFTS” - a home for crafts and handcrafts boutiques, was established and declared open at the SLAF Base Rathmalana Museum premises today (04 July 2024).

''Sunquick'' Lanka Pvt. Ltd. has donated 100,000 ''Sunquick'' beverage packets to SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit to be distributed among SLAF personnel, preschool children and kids who utilize the daycare facility of SLAF.

Under the guidance of the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa, a musical programme was organized under the theme ‘Explore Life through Entertainment' as a motivational and spiritual lecture for service personnel today (26 June 2024)
