Junior Command and Staff Course Course Structure
The Course is spanned over a period of one year. There will be three terms during the course and first term consists of 60 day (approimately11weeks) of residential training at SLAF Academy China Bay covering the Defence Management Part. The second term consists of 14 days (approximately 2 weeks) designed for the General Management Part which will be conducted at the University of Kelaniya. The balance 39 weeks are meant for the completion of the Individual Research Project. A total number of 10 Modules including the Individual Research Project will be conducted during the Course duration.
