A traditional “dining out” was held at the Officers’ Mess of Sri Lanka Air Force Base Ratmalana yesterday (09 June 2010). This traditional event is held to  honour and bid farewell to Officers retiring from the service, by his or her home base or station. The recipient of the honour was the former Commanding Officer of the 27 Regiment Wing, Wing Commander Sanjaya Fernando.
